This is part 5 of my new 5 part series where I give an overview of one of the strategies I use with my clients to set and achieve goals.
Below is the transcript from my YouTube video.
Part 5
“The last phase is to integrate.
This last element is where you create a seamless integration of the previous 4 steps, where when you set your intention to accomplish something, you no longer have to wonder about what step to take first, where you jump in with both feet, make decisions and take actions like a true leader.
This is where you hold yourself accountable for your own well-being. And you have the wisdom enough to recognize where you could use guidance from others, perhaps even a coach.
This is also where you realize that it’s okay to fake it ’till you make it. And don’t just fake it until you make it, fake it until you become it.
They say “practice makes perfect”. I prefer to simply say that practice makes you better at whatever you’re practicing.
So start now practicing getting focused and grounded. Practice being scientific, logical and creative. Practice getting fired up and making decisions. Practice skillfully avoiding toxic people and overcoming challenges in your path.
Practice owning and expressing all of the positive qualities that you can think of that will be a true display of a fully empowered person. Fake it until you realize that you already embody those qualities.
This is also a good time to look at your original goals, decide if they are still relevant or if it’s time to raise your standards.
And if your goals are still relevant, take a look at your tactics and strategies and decide if they’re working for you or if you need to change your approach to be more effective.
Okay, that’s an overview of one of the frameworks that I use with my clients to create positive long-lasting change.
I’d love to delve further into this and get into the details with you if you’ll allow me. So I’ll put the link to my blog down below, and I would be honored if you would visit that link and enter your name and email in the subscribe box so that I can keep you up-to-date with my most recent blog posts, trainings and videos.
Thank you again and I’ll see you on the other side.”

I really liked how you laid these steps out so simply and clearly. I think I was getting stuck on Take Action in my life. I was always feeling like I wasn’t ready, and there was more to learn. Now that I’ve joined you in blogging world, every week I feel like I’m strengthening my command of the next goal by taking action on the last one!
